*Offer good for a limited time only, in this case 3 months, and subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company. All advance applicants, including the referring agent, must have a valid real estate license and active pending contract. The maximum amount rewarded to the agent at a 0% fee will be the highest amount rewarded to any of the three referrals and must be up to 85% of your total net earned commission, after splits, with a maximum of $25,000. The minimum advance amount is $1,500.
